Young scientists Richard and Kate are the former lovers. Now, independently of one another, they work on the problem of human ageing.

Both ask for financial help to any Fund, whose head, a very benevolent and pleasant lady, isn't averse to promote the science development.

Besides this miracle condition, Mrs. Michael is a wife of the Australian Treasurer, a hospitably gentleman played by splendid Geoffrey Rush.

Both scientists are invited to spend a weekend out of town, discussing their future trendsЕ

WellЕA very fascinating weekend is waiting for Richard and KateЕ

The movie was enough unfriendly met by critics, what is in itself very strange, taking into account its effervescent lambent humour, style, originality and a wonderful performance of four main actors.

Who knows, maybe the irony towards the satanists has played a spiteful joke on the director? The devil is not one to trifle with, God, have mercy upon us.
