There are two families in the middle of a story: the rich Hamiltons and the poor Palmers. The first live in Sydney, the second - in Melbourne. Young John Palmer is charged with the murder he hasn't committed, and escapes for Sydney, where he meets young Angela Hamilton.
The couple, of course, falls in love, but then - good gracious! - out of the blue it becomes clear that they are Еsiblings. Even more - they are twins!
Somewhere Angela's mother Patricia and John's father David were in love with each other. The twins were the fruit of this love, but then the lovers were separated
for some reason and the children were parted too. The years passed, Patricia and John were settled down to married life and had other children. Who knew that their
destinies would cross in such a fatal way?
Then everything was rolling as a snow-ball: the lovers come and go away, the villains intrigue, the lost children are found, the crimes are committed and investigated, the plots get entangled, the characters replace one another in the middle of an everybody's attention... in short, everything is the way it's supposed to be.

1987
Young and unknown to anybody actor David Wenham was noticed in a nameless and microscopic role in a TV-long lived series "Sons and Daughters" practically towards the end, when a tired audience didn't expect anything from the plot except a denouement.
As an irony of fate, a nameless young man in a leather jacket appears on a threshold of a house which belongs to a man with a symbolical name Doug Fletcher.
Obviously, not the most ideal character of the movie Mr. Fletcher owed money to some company, which sent its representative to settle that business.
David's role was a two-minute squabble with an adamant Mr. Fletcher's spouse, who liquidated resolutely any attempt on her property from the side of the impertinent boy with an unpretentious status "debt collector".
At parting David said a classical phrase: "I'll be back!" But he didn't keep his word. He didn't manage itЕthe series almost at once was finished.
